Your responsibilities in a few words!

Lead a team of compliance analysts within the Financial Planning and Analysis department – Organize and oversee internal controls assessments and testing – Monitor updates to industry standards and practices as well as operational and financial changes in the division – Provide training to internal teams regarding internal controls changes – Promote ongoing development and mentoring of compliance analysts, Coordinate internal controls audits with the various teams – Plan and manage external audits – Work with stakeholders in the various teams to ensure proper execution of the compliance program – Perform any other related tasks

Your assets for this position!

Bachelor's degree in accounting or CPA designation
Five years' experience in compliance, auditing or accounting,
Three years' experience in team management, with audit experience
Good knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards excellence
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Bilingualism required. Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
