Your responsibilities in a few words!

Carry out requests for missing deduction documents – Carry out coding of certain types of deductions – Produce account reconciliations, cash receipts – Carry out verification of charges & credits – Consolidate all relevant documents, transfer to customer accounts and distribute credit notes – Analyze payment differences – Carry out verification – Process deductions in the Variance Management module for authorization – Analyze and follow up certain special cases.

Your assets for this position!

DEC in administrative techniques (accounting or finance) or DEP in accounting or a related discipline

Minimum of three (3) years' professional experience with credit, accounts receivable, collections

Knowledge of SAP (asset)

Functional bilingualism (French & English)
