Your responsibilities in a few words!

Prospect for new talent and develop a professional network – Conduct research on specific candidates – Propose innovative strategies for searching for potential candidates using various tools (database, LinkedIn, job search engines, social networks) – Analyze and follow up on applications – Carry out the entire recruitment process (phone call, interview, presentation, coaching, negotiation, etc.) – Conduct proactive headhunting – Maintain candidate files in our computer system (Zoho One)Participate in various special organizational development projects – Help selected candidates to shine on the market

Your assets for this position!

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration (accounting, finance, HR, marketing, etc.)
  • Professional designation CPA, CHRP, CFA (assets)
  • Have sales, counseling or customer service skills, etc.
