Your responsibilities in a few words!

Prepare project files in the SAP financial tool – Verify compliance of project documentation with company policies – Work closely with the Corporate Accounting – Fixed Assets team – Monitor and update project budgets, Monitor and update project budgets, verify actual costs and update cost forecasts – Monitor project progress and potential variations in costs and schedules – Prepare progress reports on project costs and results achieved – Update schedule based on progress to target variances – Participate in risk identification and document project risk analysis – Provide analysis on performance trends

Your assets for this position!

  • DEC, AEC, or administrative techniques or equivalent
  • Minimum of five (5) years' relevant experience in a project cost monitoring role
  • Excellent command of the Office suite, specifically Excel
  • Functional Bilingualism
  • Ability to influence teams to integrate a culture of continuous improvement and best practices
  • Positive approach to change and ability to take initiative and innovate
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with organization
