Your responsibilities in a few words!

Assemble, review and catalog all financial transactions in compliance with appropriate standards and guidelines – Adjust periodic closing entries – Document provision adjustments in accordance with instructions received – Set up new accounts for customers and suppliers – Perform account reconciliations – Validate and certify bank reconciliations – Coordinate the sending of customer invoices with the support of the financial analyst – Pursue pending payments from customers – Confirm financial summaries with the financial controller and ensure justification of transactions – Organize accounting documentation for internal audit and day-to-day management – Confirm financial summaries with the financial controller and ensure justification of transactions – Organize accounting documentation for internal audit and day-to-day management – Validate and certify bank reconciliations – Coordinate the sending of customer invoices with the support of the financial analyst – Pursue pending payments from customers Confirm financial summaries with the financial controller and ensure justification of transactions – Design and submit financial statements and legal reports for approval – Organize accounting documentation for internal audit and day-to-day management – Orchestrate preparations for year-end audits – Enter payroll information and control related documents – Assemble payment files and organize financial transfers – Distribute payments after approval and maintain communication with suppliers – Ensure efficient management and archiving of accounting files

Your assets for this position!

Bachelor's degree in business administration and/or accounting (CPA designation an asset)
3 to 5 years' experience with the full accounting cycle
Experience in a multi-currency, multi-entity environment (US and Canadian dollars)
Knowledge of ADP an asset (Work Force Now)
Essential Bilingualism
