Your responsibilities in a few words!

Superviser les activités de clôture financière et assurer l’intégrité du grand livre – Participer à la préparation et à l’analyse de l’information financière périodique – Soutenir les processus de budgétisation, de prévisions financières et d’analyse des écarts – Analyser les résultats financiers et formuler des recommandations à la direction – Coordonner les audits internes et externes ainsi que les activités de conformité – Participer à l’implantation et à l’amélioration des contrôles et processus financiers – Encadrer et soutenir les membres de l’équipe finance – Agir comme partenaire d’affaires auprès des équipes opérationnelles – Contribuer à l’implantation et à l’évolution des systèmes financiers – Participer à la centralisation des services partagés et à l’harmonisation des pratiques entre les différentes entités – Prendre part à des projets corporatifs et à des initiatives d’amélioration continue 

Your assets for this position!

Hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Hold the CPA professional designation
Have more than six years of progressive experience in accounting and financial reporting
Have a solid understanding of financial statements, internal controls, and closing processes
Experience in a manufacturing setting or a multi-site environment is a significant asset
Experience in an accounting firm or in auditing is a plus
Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 or another major ERP system is a plus
A master’s degree in accounting or finance is a plus
Be proficient in French and English at a professional level in order to collaborate in a pan-Canadian and international context
