Your responsibilities in a few words!
Oversee accounting operations of North American entities – Lead monthly closing processes and ensure accuracy of financial results – Coordinate audits and ensure compliance with local and international requirements – Manage tax compliance in multiple jurisdictions (Canada, USA, Mexico) – Coach, develop and mobilize a multidisciplinary accounting team – Participate in the integration of new entities in a post-acquisition context – Optimize financial processes and implement robust internal controls – Collaborate with international teams and external stakeholders – Oversee treasury and cash flow planning.
Your assets for this position!
CPA designation
Minimum 10 years’ experience in financial accounting
Significant experience in team management
Experience in a multi-entity environment
Knowledge of IFRS standards
Experience in North American tax compliance
Advanced Excel skills
ERP experience (e.g. D365)
Bilingualism in French and English
Experience in a post-acquisition or multinational context
