Your responsibilities in a few words!

Provide quality administrative and technological support for the Kenova company, reporting any potential problems to his/her immediate supervisor – Compile necessary data, produce periodic reports and perform analyses – Participate in the documentation of operational procedures and ensure adherence to internal controls to maintain regulatory compliance and optimize efficiency – Develop and administer, Prepare computer equipment for the arrival of new employees and configure their systems in collaboration with our external IT firm – Engage in a variety of additional responsibilities as required by the business, which may include the management of special projects or one-off initiatives.

Your assets for this position!

  • DEC, AEC, technical or BAC in administration or technology or related.
  • Proficiency in office automation tools, in particular Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent (Google Sheets, Docs)
  • At ease with technology.
  • Basic knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills, proactivity, resourcefulness, teamwork, curiosity.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in French and ideally also in English.
