Your responsibilities in a few words!

Ensures that information on the Group’s strategic planning, programs, achievements and challenges is shared with collaborators – Identifies the knowledge needed to advance the Group’s scientific themes and cycles through well-founded research – Collaborates with the communications team on scientific content related to these themes and cycles – Participates in synthesizing studies, research and analyze the causes and consequences of issues with a view to developing solid scientific cycles – Supports students and mentors with a view to nurturing the group’s leadership program – Helps develop the leadership program and scientific cycles – Cooperates in the selection process for students and mentors – Produces reference documents, reports, content and literary reviews from the group’s various fields of interest – Writes program booklets for participating members – Occasionally revises texts or documents produced by the group – Prepares texts for presentations or conferences – Draws up documents for the selection process of future participating members – Prepares invitations and communications with selection committee members

Your assets for this position!

  • MBA or BAC in administration, finance or project management
  • Versatile experience in project and budget management
  • Excellent ability to communicate information and clarify grey areas
  • Excellent writing skills in French and English
  • Bilingualism: required
