Your responsibilities in a few words!

Planifier, superviser et réviser les missions de compilation, d’examen et d’audit – Prendre en charge et compléter les dossiers complexes lorsque requis – Réviser les états financiers et assurer le respect des normes comptables et de certification – Agir comme référence technique auprès de l’équipe et contribuer à résoudre les enjeux liés aux dossiers – Structurer la planification des mandats, la répartition du travail et le suivi des échéanciers – Superviser, coacher et développer les membres d’une petite équipe – Assurer le transfert des connaissances et contribuer au développement professionnel des ressources – Entretenir des relations de confiance avec la clientèle et collaborer étroitement avec les associés – Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus, des outils et des méthodes de travail – Soutenir la capacité opérationnelle de l’équipe tout en maintenant un haut niveau de qualité de service

Your assets for this position!

Hold the CPA (Auditor) designation
Have at least 5–7 years of experience at an accounting firm, ideally as an experienced manager or director
Master certification engagements, including audits, reviews, and compilations
Have extensive experience reviewing the records and financial statements of small and medium-sized enterprises
Have experience in supervising and developing a team
Be able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
Have a good command of Excel and Word
Experience in media, film, television, or entertainment is a plus
Knowledge of production cost reports, cultural tax credits, or submissions to industry organizations is an asset
Proficiency in French at a professional level; functional English is a plus.
