Your responsibilities in a few words!

Oversee daily accounting and weekly and monthly financial dashboards – Manage the complete accounting cycle – Coordinate liaison with the bank and other professionals – Oversee monthly invoicing and follow-up of accounts receivable and accounts payable – Monitor budgets – Implement processes (Bill 25 compliance) – Manage all day-to-day administration, including HR and IT – Comfortable traveling (rarely) to their Quebec City branch when necessary – Supervise the work of a bookkeeper and support accounting systems.

Your assets for this position!

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years' experience with management responsibilities
  • Excellent command of Excel and computer systems
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, in English and French
