Your responsibilities in a few words!

Superviser et faire évoluer une équipe de 10 personnes en comptes fournisseurs – Optimiser les processus de gestion des comptes fournisseurs dans un contexte multisite et à fort volume – Participer activement aux initiatives de transformation de l’entreprise – Collaborer avec les VP, le président, la direction financière et opérationnelle – Prendre en charge les conciliations et suivis avec les fournisseurs – Gérer les fins de mois et les écritures comptables pour la production des états financiers – Proposer et implanter des recommandations pour améliorer l’efficacité – Accompagner et former l’équipe afin de maintenir un haut niveau de performance

Your assets for this position!

Solid expertise in accounts payable management in a high-volume environment
Ability to supervise, mobilize and structure a team in an autonomous manner
Mastery of month-end closing processes and adjusting entries
Ability to coordinate multiple sites and manage centralized flows
Proven skills in optimizing accounting processes
Knowledge of general accounting, including payables and receivables
Ability to work directly with management teams
Ability to evolve in a fast-growing or changing environment
Professional command of French and English
