Your responsibilities in a few words!
Diriger, mobiliser et développer une équipe financière d’une dizaine de professionnels, incluant trois contrôleurs – Superviser les activités comptables et financières de plusieurs entités et assurer la fiabilité de l’information financière – Uniformiser les pratiques comptables, les contrôles internes et les processus financiers à travers l’organisation – Piloter les processus de clôture mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle ainsi que la production des états financiers – Coordonner les budgets, les prévisions financières et l’analyse des écarts afin d’optimiser la performance organisationnelle – Accompagner la haute direction dans les décisions stratégiques et agir comme partenaire d’affaires auprès des équipes opérationnelles – Contribuer activement à l’implantation et à l’optimisation d’un nouveau système ERP, notamment Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations – Identifier les occasions d’automatisation, de standardisation et d’amélioration continue des processus – Superviser les audits et assurer le respect des exigences réglementaires et des principes de gouvernance financière – Soutenir les gestionnaires dans la résolution d’enjeux financiers complexes et favoriser leur développement professionnel – Analyser les indicateurs de performance et recommander des initiatives visant à améliorer la rentabilité des activités – Participer activement aux projets de transformation tout en assurant la continuité et la rigueur des opérations financières quotidiennes
Your assets for this position!
Required CPA designation
. Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, including approximately 8 years in team management, such as supervising managers
. Significant experience in financial control, ideally as a senior controller, corporate controller, or finance director
Experience in retail, e-commerce, distribution, or the manufacturing sector
Experience in a multi-site or multi-entity environment and in managing large-scale financial operations
Strong command of internal controls, financial governance, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
Experience in implementing or optimizing ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools; knowledge of Power BI is a plus
Excellent command of spoken and written French and functional English for professional communication and business documentation
