Your responsibilities in a few words!

Collaborate in preparing and analyzing the annual budget, quarterly estimates (QEs), and financial projections, working closely with business units and the Head of Finance -Compile monthly adjustments and provisions for sales, including PLA and other deductions – Conduct a thorough analysis and reporting between actuals and projections for cost centers – Coordinate with Business Intelligence and Market Access teams to ensure accurate inclusion of relevant access assumptions in sales adjustment forecasts – Manage expenses, both product and non-product related, by leading the accrual process and providing timely tracking and analysis – Coordinate Alliance cross charges, true-ups, and accruals. Analyze monthly cash flow and collaborate with the corporate Treasury department – Assist in sales tax reporting, tax installments, transfer pricing, and tax audits alongside the Finance Director – Supervise the Order-to-Cash process with third-party logistics providers: approve credit limits and returns, review bank and accounts receivable reconciliations, and prepare balance sheet analyses – Develop and maintain various financial reports to support analysis – Apply accounting principles and assess their implications for the business – Undertake diverse ad hoc projects and initiatives

Your assets for this position!

  • BAC in business administration, economics, professional accounting/finance designation
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance related role
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical industry (asset)
  • Strong expertise in Accounting
  • Experience with SAP ERP and SAC tool an asset
  • Bilingual: Clear communication in English, both written and spoken (French is an asset)
