Your responsibilities in a few words!

Contribute to the development and updating of the budget – Collaborate in the implementation of the financial aspects of the strategic plan – Pass on budget envelopes to the relevant departments – Work closely with business partners to develop annual budgets and short- and long-term financial forecasts – Monitor all organizational activities and prepare financial forecasts, monthly KPIs, processes, Develop tools for continuous financial forecasting, aiming at a more predictive model to anticipate future performance – Participate in major projects – Optimize the use of the organization’s financial resources – Identify opportunities for operational efficiency in the budgeting process and financial forecasts – Collaborate in the financial monitoring of the strategic plan and coordinate certain monitoring activities – Contribute to special project teams.

Your assets for this position!

  • CPA designation or equivalent;
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in FP&A;
  • In-depth understanding of the budgeting, financial forecasting and analysis process and associated systems/tools;
  • Understanding of the project management process and associated systems/tools;
  • Functional bilingualism;
  • Ability to build tools (e.g. forecasts) and improve processes;
  • Ability to influence teams to integrate a culture of continuous improvement and best practices;
  • Positive approach to change, initiative and innovation.
