Your responsibilities in a few words!

Structure and formalize the product process in a growing environment – Challenge the product-market fit of existing solutions – Define and prioritize a clear roadmap aligned with strategic objectives – Assume cross-functional decision-making leadership with executive and technical teams – Frame prioritization outside specific customer requests – Align CEO, CTO and R&D teams around a coherent product vision – Implement and optimize AI solutions within GxP constraints – Improve onboarding and reduce decision-making cycles – Position product lines to reinforce differentiation in the pharmaceutical market

Your assets for this position!

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a complex software environment
Real-life experience in a GxP environment (Manufacturing or Quality)
Real-life implementation experience of AI-driven solutions
In-depth understanding of LIMS and QMS logic
Experience with a QMS or LIMS vendor
Experience in co-development with major pharmaceutical customersdevelopment with major pharmaceutical customers
Agile or Scrum certification
Experience in structuring product processes in a regulated context
Experience in working with executive teams (CEO, CTO, R&D)
Bilingualism required
