Your responsibilities in a few words!

Gérer le cycle complet de paie pour plusieurs juridictions – Assurer l’exactitude, la conformité et le respect des échéanciers des différents cycles de paie – Effectuer les réconciliations et analyser les variations, anomalies et écarts – Résoudre de façon autonome les enjeux complexes de paie – Interpréter les exigences applicables et contribuer au maintien de contrôles efficaces – Produire et analyser les données et rapports liés à la paie – Participer à l’amélioration des processus, systèmes et contrôles – Collaborer étroitement avec les différentes équipes internes – Soutenir les activités de vérification et maintenir une documentation rigoureuse – Répondre aux questions des employés avec clarté et professionnalisme – Contribuer au partage des connaissances et à l’amélioration continue de la fonction paie

Your assets for this position!

Have approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in payroll processing, or equivalent experience demonstrating a high degree of independence
Have experience managing comprehensive payroll processes
Be proficient in Excel, particularly for variance analysis, reconciliations, and data validation
Have a good understanding of basic accounting principles
Have relevant training in accounting or payroll, such as a DEP, a DEC, or a university degree
Having the CPP certification or an equivalent certification is a plus
Have experience in a high-volume environment with complex payroll scenarios
Knowledge of a recognized payroll system is an asset
Be fluent in French and English, both spoken and written, in order to communicate effectively in a professional setting
