Your responsibilities in a few words!

Design and establish the complete technical architecture of a new project from scratch, including language selection, technology stack and infrastructure on a Linux/GCP environment

Design and build an automated, scalable solution for multiple clients in the medical sector, replacing an existing MVP approach

Build, recruit and lead a technical team of 6 to 10 skilled developers, maintaining a balance between development and artificial intelligence headcount

Mentor the team and support skill development while sustaining a high development velocity despite tight deadlines

Work closely with UI/UX, Product Owner/Product Manager, Customer Success teams and AI scientists to ensure optimal integration of all components

Manage the project rollout across 47 sites in 2025, coordinating with Scale AI and CISA stakeholders as needed

Safeguard architectural quality and long term maintainability, and own all technical decisions independently to drive the project’s success

Adapt development strategies quickly in a shifting environment while preserving team cohesion and performance

Proven experience in creating and launching projects from scratch (greenfield) with a complete architecture
Proven ability to recruit, build, and lead high-performing technical teams
Solid expertise in backend and frontend development (full-stack)
Knowledge of artificial intelligence or machine learning
Proficiency with the Linux environment and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Experience at a consulting firm or digital services company with an established network of qualified developers
Knowledge of the medtech sector, life sciences, or highly regulated environments
Experience with grant-funded projects or government programs
Portfolio demonstrating robust, scalable, and maintainable architectures
Ability to thrive in fast-growing startup environments with tight deadlines
