Your responsibilities in a few words!

Take charge of the complete accounts payable process, including the analysis and recording of invoices, managing expense reports and payments – Reconciling credit card statements – Assisting suppliers and resolving problems related to invoices and contracts – Producing and analyzing weekly and monthly reports – Producing weekly and monthly reports – Optimizing and reviewing accounts payable procedures – Ensuring accounts are closed – Participating in analyses – Ensuring communications with suppliers – Participating in annual audits – Contributing to the implementation of the ERP system.

Your assets for this position!

2 to 3 years' experience in the complete accounts payable cycle

ERP experience

Fluency in English with functional French

Excellent sense of organization and priorities

Excellent teamwork and communication skills

Autonomy and speed of execution
