Your responsibilities in a few words!

Perform monthly or quarterly accounting for a variety of SMEs – Perform bookkeeping, accruals, payroll and taxes – Prepare and present periodic financial statements to customers – Supervise or collaborate with accounting technicians – Be a resource person for contractors – Participate in the continuous improvement of accounting processes – Contribute to the migration and automation of accounting systems – Manage several files simultaneously with rigor – Maintain a high level of customer service – Promote the adoption of technological tools by customers

Your assets for this position!

DEC or BAC in accounting
Minimum 3 to 6 years’ experience in a firm or company
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and other cloud-based tools (Sage, Dext, etc.).)
Solid understanding of complete accounting processes
Experience in bookkeeping, payroll, taxes and GL
Ability to supervise or collaborate with technicians
Ability to manage several clients in parallel
Very good autonomy in managing files
Excellent command of spoken and written French
Functional knowledge of English
