Your responsibilities in a few words!
Produce the annual budget in collaboration with management – Analyze financial statements and budgets by project – Ensure financial monitoring of projects and payroll – Produce monthly and annual financial reports – Manage accounting entries, bank reconciliations and GST returns – Supervise the annual audit – Make entries in Sage 50 (payroll, donations, invoices) – Track hours and liaise with Employeur D for payroll processing – Modernize financial tools and optimize processes – Participate in funding applications and financial statements
Your assets for this position!
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
Comprehensive experience in accounting and financial management
Minimum of 5 to 7 years’ relevant experience
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft tools
Knowledge of Sage 50 (asset)
Experience in NPO (asset)
Experience in a unionized environment (asset)
Experience in payroll processing (asset)
Professional command of French and functional English
