Your responsibilities in a few words!
Support management in strategic decision-making – Oversee financial statements and ensure compliance – Manage cash flow and banking relations – Support transition to a new ERP (Odoo) – Coordinate tax affairs for over 160 entities – Optimize financial and accounting processes – Structure and mobilize a team of nearly 20 accounting professionals – Participate in strategic planning and projections – Foster continuous improvement and automation.
Your assets for this position!
CPA designation
Minimum 10 years’ experience in a strategic financial role
Expertise in the real estate or construction sector
Experience in complex corporate taxation
Knowledge of multi-entity accounting structures
Leadership and coaching approach
Experience in implementing or using an ERP (Odoo or other)
Ability to present strategic analyses to management committees
Fluency in French and functional English
