Your responsibilities in a few words!
Manage daily cash flow on a national scale – Perform journal entries related to bank deposits – Perform monthly bank reconciliations and tax returns – Prepare interbank transfers and foreign currency purchases – Collaborate with banks and external partners – Participate in financial audits and SOX controls – Contribute to continuous improvement and automation – Support bank account openings and closings in the context of acquisitions – Collaborate with teams across Canada
Your assets for this position!
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience
Fluency with Excel (formulas, TCDs)
Experience with journal entries and bank reconciliations
Experience in a high-volume transactional environment
Experience in a multi-site context
Knowledge of PeopleSoft (Oracle)
French and professional English (especially written)
Good command of the MS Office suite
