Your responsibilities in a few words!
Manage the complete payroll including commissions – Ensure payroll-related accounting entries – Enter, verify and update accounting transactions – Perform periodic bank reconciliations – Participate in customer invoicing and monthly and annual closings – Manage HR files (absences, vacation, time, etc.) – Prepare documents for auditing – Provide support to employees on HR issues – Update personnel files (paper and ERP)
Your assets for this position!
DEP, AEC or DEC in accounting
Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in accounting and payroll
Good command of Excel
Knowledge of Employeur D software (an asset)
Accreditation by the Institut national de la paie (an asset)
Excellent understanding of CNESST and payroll standards
Ability to produce accruals
Fluency in French and functional English
Experience in an SME or similar administrative environment
