Your responsibilities in a few words!

Ensure complete payroll processing for various business units – Process and validate a large volume of payrolls according to operational and seasonal particularities – Interpret and apply several collective agreements in payroll calculations – Carry out the necessary verifications and adjustments to ensure the accuracy of salary data – Produce payroll reports and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements – Work closely with the payroll team to ensure coordination of operations – Participate in continuous process improvement and optimization of payroll processes – Participate in the optimization of payroll processes – Participate in the optimization of payroll processes – Produce payroll reports and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Your assets for this position!

DEC in accounting or equivalent training
Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in payroll
Experience with the interpretation and application of collective agreements
Working knowledge of Excel for data management and analysis
Knowledge of Quebec labour standards and the Canada Labour Code
Experience in a multi-site or high-volume environment
Knowledge of Office 365 suite (Teams, Planner, OneNote or SharePoint)
SCP/INP accreditation completed or in process
Experience with specialized payroll systems
Fluency in French and functional English
