Your responsibilities in a few words!

Analyze and explain manufacturing variances in order to optimize the site’s financial performance – Actively participate in monitoring production costs and improving profitability – Coordinate the preparation of budgets, Coordinate the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial analyses – Ensure the rigor of physical inventories and the conformity of financial data – Develop and maintain cost standards for manufactured products – Supervise the analysis and follow-up of investments and capital expenditures (CAPEX) – Produce and present monthly financial reports within the required deadlines – Work closely with production, planning and plant management teams – Participate in internal and external audits and support various site financial projects.

Your assets for this position!

University degree in accounting or related field
CPA designation (asset)
Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in finance in a manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing costs
Experience in production variance analysis and inventory management
Ability to participate in budgeting processes and financial forecasting
Knowledge of a financial ERP, ideally SAP
Experience in a complex or multi-product manufacturing environment
Experience working with operations or production teams
Bilingualism required
