Your responsibilities in a few words!
Supervise a team of accounting professionals – Manage the entire accounting cycle, including month-ends – Produce and analyze monthly financial variances – Manage re-invoicing of internal entities – Supervise management of contracts and purchase orders – Monitor and reconcile a large IT inventory – Prepare and present financial results to management – Participate in optimizing financial processes and internal controls.
Your assets for this position!
CPA designation (required)
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in team management
– Complete mastery of the accounting cycle (month ends, reporting, analysis)
Experience in a high-volume transactional environment
Experience with inventory and/or contract management
Knowledge of an ERP system such as PeopleSoft or equivalent
-Bilingualism required
Experience in intercompany rebilling
Experience in presenting financial results to management
Experience in an IT environment (an asset)
