Your responsibilities in a few words!

Take charge of the complete accounting cycle – Manage employee payroll independently – Make general ledger entries and ensure their accuracy – Perform bank reconciliations and financial analyses – Follow up on accounts payable and receivable – Participate in the production of financial statements – Identify and correct accounting irregularities – Support the improvement of internal processes – Act as a technical reference for the accounting team

Your assets for this position!

DEC or AEC in accounting, finance or equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ experience in full accounting
Practical experience in payroll management
Experience in a professional services environment
Proficiency in accounting software (Acomba, Simply Accounting or equivalent)
Knowledge of practice management software (an asset)
Experience with reconciliations and general ledger
Knowledge of billing peculiarities in a professional practice
Experience with trust and FPA accounts (an asset)
Fluency in French and functional English
