Your responsibilities in a few words!

Post month-end closing entries – Reconcile bank and credit card accounts on a monthly basis – Support the accounting team in day-to-day tasks (accounts payable, receivables, billing) – Perform various analyses as requested by the Controller – Document and standardize accounting processes – Collaborate on external audits – Provide administrative support to the accounting department – Participate in the implementation of new accounting systems

Your assets for this position!

DEC in accounting or administration
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (an asset)
Excellent command of the full accounting cycle
Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Good time and priority management
Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and functional English
Organizational skills and thoroughness
Autonomy and analytical skills
