Your responsibilities in a few words!
Oversee the monthly accounting cycle and production of financial statements – Supervise the management of broker commissions – Manage and develop a small team – Modernize tools and processes using advanced technologies – Strengthen internal controls and financial compliance – Produce financial analyses to support strategic decisions – Actively participate in growth projects and the evolution of the department.
Your assets for this position!
CPA designation (an asset)
Minimum 10 years’ experience in accounting, with team management
In-depth knowledge of Sage 50
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and artificial intelligence tools
Unifying leadership and ability to mobilize a team in transition
Functional English, both written and spoken
Experience in a brokerage environment (an asset)
Technological curiosity and passion for continuous improvement
Autonomy and thoroughness
Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment
