Your responsibilities in a few words!
Act as HR resource person for employees and managers – Design and apply internal HR policies – Structure the complete recruitment, integration and departure process – Implement performance management and support managers – Develop training and career paths – Collaborate in payroll management and monitor administrative aspects – Administer BambooHR and manage HR indicators – Be a vector of culture and organize mobilization initiatives – Manage OHS, CNESST, disabilities and returns to work – Prepare HR dashboards and recommend improvements to management – Participate actively in the continuous improvement of human resources practices
Your assets for this position!
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
Professional CHRP designation
Minimum 5 years in a generalist or HR consultant role
BambooHR fluency
Experience in an entrepreneurial or high-growth environment
Ability to structure an HR department from scratch
Solid knowledge of Quebec HR practices
Payroll management skills (PowerPay, an asset)
Fluency in French and English
