Your responsibilities in a few words!
Ensure the day-to-day management of workspaces and maintain an impeccable professional environment – Coordinate suppliers and office maintenance requests – Orchestrate the employee experience by ensuring comfort, supplies and general ambience – Create and develop decor and in-house creative initiatives – Anticipate and prepare the reception of customers and visitors – Support the organization and logistics of in-house events – Offer cross-functional administrative support to teams – Manage mailings and the updating of corporate documents – Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of the office experience.
Your assets for this position!
1 to 3 years’ experience in office management or administrative coordination
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage priorities
Ability to manage several files simultaneously with rigor
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in event coordination or customer experience (asset)
Experience in a demanding professional environment (asset)
Sensitivity to visual communications and space planning
Ability to evolve in a context of growth and transformation
Excellent command of French and functional English
Experience in managing external suppliers or services
