Your responsibilities in a few words!
Act as a strategic partner to management – Oversee the complete accounting cycle and day-to-day financial operations – Prepare and review monthly annual and quarterly financial statements – Prepare budgets, financial forecasts and performance analyses – Develop and monitor performance indicators related to manufacturing operations – Supervise inventory processes and production cost analysis – Actively participate in audits and year-end closures Supervise inventory processes and production cost analysis – Actively participate in year-end audits and closings – Implement and improve internal controls and financial processes – Coach and develop the accounting team – Work closely with operations to support business decisions and continuous improvement
Your assets for this position!
CPA designation
Minimum 10 years’ experience in finance and accounting
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Solid expertise in cost accounting and inventory management
Advanced mastery of Excel
Experience with ERP systems
Experience in team supervision and development
Experience in a transforming or growing environment
Excellent command of French and professional English
Experience in audit management and improving internal controls
