Your responsibilities in a few words!
Supervise accounting operations and the complete accounting cycle – Manage payroll activities for Canadian employees – Supervise and support a team of accounting technicians – Participate in monthly closings and preparation of financial statements – Ensure compliance with government remittances and regulatory obligations – Validate intercompany transactions between several entities – Implement internal controls and optimize financial controls – Collaborate with finance management and international teams – Coordinate audit requests and act as a resource person for Canadian employees. Your assets for this position!
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting
Experience in team supervision
Experience in a multi-entity or international environment
ERP expertise
Experience with Workday Finance, SAP or Oracle
Experience in managing the full accounting cycle
Knowledge of Canadian payroll processes
BAC in accounting or related field
CPA designation considered an asset
Good command of French and English
