Your responsibilities in a few words!
Coordinate day-to-day activities related to the compliance program – Ensure that records and documents are maintained in compliance with regulations and are ready for audits – Administer compliance technology platforms and ensure their proper functioning – Participate in regulatory obligations, filings, and various compliance follow-ups – Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for management and regulatory authorities – Support the development, improvement, and documentation of compliance, governance, and risk management processes – Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory, confidentiality, and governance requirements – Contribute to initiatives for continuous improvement, automation, and the use of artificial intelligence tools.
Your assets for this position!
Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, finance, accounting, or a related field
3 to 6 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or the financial services industry
A solid understanding of financial markets, investment management, or the financial sector
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with compliance, governance, or risk management platforms (a plus)
Experience in improving and documenting operational processes
Ability to produce professional and thorough documentation
Knowledge of the regulatory requirements applicable to investment managers (a plus)
Experience with artificial intelligence tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT to optimize processes (a plus)
Professional-level bilingualism (French and English)
