Your responsibilities in a few words!

Establish and maintain best practices in Business Intelligence for all North American operations – Design, develop, and optimize complex BI solutions using Power BI, SQL Server, Oracle, and the Azure ecosystem – Ensure data governance and quality across various systems and sites – Manage and maintain Azure infrastructure for data analytics and integrations (Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Azure SQL Database)
Work closely with the international corporate technical team to align standards and practices – Mentor team members and actively share technical knowledge through thorough documentation – Design and implement data integration (ETL) and data warehousing solutions – Support users at various sites with their analytical and business intelligence needs – Actively participate in technology transformation projects and the adoption of new cloud solutions

Advanced expertise (master level) in Microsoft Azure and its data services
In-depth mastery of SQL Server and ability to discuss recent features
Proven expertise in Power BI and the development of complex analytical solutions
Solid experience in data governance and data quality management
Knowledge of ETL tools and experience in data warehousing and dimensional modeling
Proven experiencein technical mentoring and rigorous documentation
Azure certifications (Data Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Administrator) are highly valued
Exposure to emerging technologies (Databricks, Python, AI applied to data)
Ability to communicate technical information clearly and explain complex concepts effectively
Advanced professional English for international collaboration
