Your responsibilities in a few words!

Oversee all of the organization’s financial activities – Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements in accordance with IFRS – Lead and develop a team of three accounting and payroll professionals – Participate in strategic decision-making and advise senior management on financial matters – Manage cash flow, liquidity forecasting, financing, and banking relationships – Coordinate external audits as well as regulatory and tax disclosures – Optimize financial processes, internal controls, and accounting practices – Work closely with the wealth management and advisory services teams – Monitor the budget, produce financial analyses, and support the organization’s growth.

Your assets for this position!

CPA certification required
Minimum of 7 to 15 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
Excellent knowledge of IFRS standards
Experience preparing corporate tax returns
Experience in cash management, financing, and banking relations (a plus)
Experience at an accounting firm, particularly in external auditing (a plus)
Proficiency with financial and accounting software
Knowledge of Nethris (a plus)
Excellent command of French and functional English
