Your responsibilities in a few words!

Lead activities related to real estate investment funds – Oversee financial analysis, risk assessment, and project structuring – Develop and lead a multidisciplinary team – Assist partners in structuring financing for real estate projects – Represent the organization in dealings with financial partners, government agencies, and governing bodies – Prepare and present analyses, financial reports, and strategic recommendations – Participate in the development of financial and investment strategies – Oversee financial, budgetary, and accounting activities – Optimize management processes, policies, and tools – Contribute to the development of new financing mechanisms and new investment funds.
