Your responsibilities in a few words!
Gérer le cycle complet de la paie aux deux semaines pour environ 125 employés répartis entre plusieurs entités – Assurer l’exactitude des heures travaillées, retenues légales, congés de maladie et banques de vacances – Prendre en charge les opérations RH liées aux terminaisons, départs et documents de cessation d’emploi – Produire les relevés d’emploi et assurer le suivi de la documentation requise – Administrer les dossiers CNESST, les réclamations et les assignations temporaires – Veiller au respect des normes du travail du Québec et des exigences réglementaires applicables – Administrer les adhésions aux assurances collectives et assurer le suivi des banques de temps – Préparer les T4, Relevés 1 et l’ensemble de la documentation de fin d’année – Agir comme personne-ressource en matière de paie et de RH opérationnel auprès des employés et de la direction
Your assets for this position!
At least 5 years of experience in managing the full payroll cycle and in operational HR
Advanced Mastery of ADP Workforce Now
Solid knowledge of Quebec labor laws
Thorough understanding of CNESST requirements and the rules governing statutory deductions
Experience in handling employee terminations, resignations, and employment records
Experience in preparing T4 forms, Relevé 1 forms, and other year-end documents
Professional proficiency in French and English
Knowledge of tipping regulations is a plus
Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry, or in an environment with a high volume of shifts, is a plus
Experience in managing group insurance plans and tracking time banks is a plus
