Your responsibilities in a few words!

Assurer la comptabilité, l’évaluation et la reddition de comptes liées aux portefeuilles de placements – Effectuer la comptabilisation et le suivi des transactions sur les marchés privés – Traiter les souscriptions, rachats, appels de capital et distributions – Rapprocher les positions, les coûts, les valeurs marchandes et les revenus entre les différents registres – Analyser les écarts et collaborer avec les équipes concernées afin de les résoudre – Participer à la production des états financiers et aux activités de fin d’exercice – Soutenir les auditeurs externes et préparer la documentation requise – Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de placement et maintenir une relation de service efficace – Participer à l’amélioration des processus, contrôles et outils de travail – Contribuer à la qualité et à l’intégrité des données financières et de placement

Your assets for this position!

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance – 2 to 5 years of experience in the investment sector, in investment accounting, fund accounting, portfolio accounting, or auditing of financial institutions – Practical knowledge of investment accounting, auditing, and internal control frameworks – Knowledge of applicable accounting standards, including IFRS and ASPE – CPA designation, a plus – Experience in accounting, valuation, and reporting for private market investments, a plus – Knowledge of derivatives, a plus – Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel – Familiarity with SimCorp, Bloomberg, Snowflake, or equivalent systems is a plus – Professional proficiency in French and English is ideal; open to monolingual English speakers
