Your responsibilities in a few words!

Prendre en charge l’ensemble du cycle comptable et assurer les clôtures mensuelles – Préparer les états financiers et effectuer une première analyse des résultats – Analyser les flux de trésorerie et suivre l’évolution de l’encaisse – Superviser les activités liées aux comptes fournisseurs et recevables en collaboration avec l’équipe administrative – Assurer la comptabilité des entités canadienne et américaine – Effectuer les consolidations et assurer le traitement adéquat des transactions intersociétés et des devises – Analyser les liens entre les ventes, les inventaires et les liquidités afin de repérer rapidement les écarts – Collaborer directement avec la direction financière et la propriété sur différents projets spéciaux – Structurer et améliorer les processus comptables dans un contexte de croissance – Participer à une future migration de système et à l’amélioration des outils financiers – Collaborer avec les équipes administratives et opérationnelles au Canada et aux États-Unis

Your assets for this position!

• At least five years of accounting experience in an SME environment
• Comprehensive experience with the monthly closing process, from bookkeeping to financial statements
• Strong skills in analyzing financial results and cash flow
• Strong understanding of consolidation, intercompany transactions, and currencies
• CPA designation—a plus
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution is a plus
• Experience with a U.S. entity or cross-border transactions is a plus
• Experience with various accounting systems, including Sage BusinessVision, is a plus
• Interest in or experience with artificial intelligence and automation tools is a plus
• Proficiency in French and English at a professional level to collaborate with Canadian and U.S. stakeholders
