Your responsibilities in a few words!
Assurer le traitement et la vérification des factures fournisseurs et sous-traitants – Effectuer l’imputation des dépenses aux projets et aux comptes du grand livre – Vérifier les bons de commande, les pièces justificatives et les approbations requises – Analyser les écarts de facturation et effectuer les rapprochements des comptes fournisseurs – Préparer la facturation client en collaboration avec les chargés de projets – Assurer le suivi des comptes recevables et des paiements – Suivre les heures travaillées, les coûts et les dépenses associés aux différents chantiers – Collaborer avec les équipes opérationnelles pour garantir l’exactitude des données financières – Participer aux activités de fin de mois et aux écritures de régularisation – Contribuer à la structuration documentaire et à l’amélioration des contrôles internes – Participer à l’optimisation des processus comptables dans un contexte de croissance
Your assets for this position!
DEP or DEC in accounting, or equivalent training
Between 3 and 5 years of experience in a similar role
Hands-on experience in accounts payable and customer billing
Experience in the construction industry or with a general contractor, a plus
Knowledge of accounting and financial tracking for projects
Experience with public contracts and requests for proposals, a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Knowledge of Avantage Intégration software, a plus
Experience in improving accounting processes and internal controls, a plus
Excellent command of French and working knowledge of English
