Your responsibilities in a few words!
Diriger l’intégration d’un nouveau système de paie en regroupant sept plateformes existantes – Harmoniser les processus, les pratiques et les contrôles de paie entre plusieurs divisions – Assurer la conformité des opérations de paie aux réglementations canadiennes et américaines – Coordonner les activités de paie dans un environnement multi-entités et multi-juridictions – Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes divisionnaires afin d’uniformiser les pratiques et d’optimiser les opérations – Accompagner l’intégration de nouvelles entités dans le cadre des acquisitions – Développer et améliorer les procédures et les mécanismes de contrôle interne – Agir comme personne-ressource auprès de la direction et des équipes pour les enjeux complexes de paie – Contribuer à l’évolution stratégique de la fonction paie afin de soutenir la croissance nord-américaine de l’organisation
Your assets for this position!
At least 5 years of relevant experience in payroll management
Professional certification in Canadian payroll
In-depth, hands-on experience with U.S. payroll
Proven experience in implementing or integrating a payroll system
Expertise in payroll management in a multi–entity or multi-jurisdictional environment
Excellent knowledge of Canadian and U.S. payroll regulations and compliance requirements
Experience in harmonizing and optimizing payroll processes
Knowledge of various payroll software and platforms
Experience in the transportation and logistics sector is a plus
Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Spanish is a distinct advantage
