Your responsibilities in a few words!

Piloter les opérations comptables et financières d’un groupe multi-entités réparti sur trois unités d’affaires – Diriger les fermetures mensuelles, les conciliations et la production d’états financiers fiables et prévisibles – Garantir l’intégrité des données et implanter des contrôles internes vivants dans les opérations – Bâtir les budgets, les prévisions et les analyses de performance par unité d’affaires – Suivre la trésorerie, les flux financiers et le fonds de roulement – Recruter, structurer et faire grandir l’équipe comptable au complet – Coacher les responsables d’unité dans la lecture et le suivi de leurs résultats – Simplifier les processus administratifs et éliminer les tâches manuelles – Mener l’optimisation de l’ERP et l’automatisation des opérations financières, avec ouverture aux outils d’intelligence artificielle – Encadrer les transactions intersociétés, la comptabilité par projet et les flux de comptes payables et recevables – Assurer la conformité comptable et administrative, documentation et contrôles à l’appui – Collaborer étroitement avec la haute direction et les partenaires financiers – Porter les chantiers de structuration de la fonction finance
