Your responsibilities in a few words!
Analyze the performance of investment vehicles and produce investor reports – Prepare quarterly fund valuations and calculate performance indicators (IRR, DPI, TVPI, MOIC) – Monitor and control fund and investor cash flows – Collaborate with international teams located in Europe and North America – Review financial statements and coordinate exchanges with external fund administrators – Participate in the preparation of investor presentations and valuation committees – Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial and operational processes – Participate in strategic projects related to the growth of the Montreal office – Perform regulatory monitoring related to private equity funds – Support financing, modeling and transaction monitoring operations
Your assets for this position!
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field
0 to 3 years’ relevant experience in finance, auditing, valuation or fund administration
Excellent command of Excel and financial tools
Knowledge of fund performance indicators such as IRR, DPI, TVPI and MOIC
Understanding of investment fund structures and capital cycles
Experience in financial services auditing or in a Big 4 environment, an asset
CPA or CFA designation completed or in progress, an asset
Experience in an international institutional environment, an asset
Bilingualism in French and English required
Knowledge of private markets and private equity, an asset
