Your responsibilities in a few words!

Contribuer à la préparation des états financiers destinés aux parties prenantes internes et externes – Participer aux activités de fin de mois et de fin de trimestre – Analyser le bilan et le P&L, puis expliquer les écarts – Valider et démontrer l’exactitude et la fiabilité de l’information financière – Implanter des contrôles sur les états financiers consolidés – Accompagner les partenaires d’affaires finance dans leurs analyses opérationnelles – Participer au processus budgétaire – Collaborer à l’uniformisation des processus et à l’amélioration continue – Contribuer au développement et à l’optimisation des services partagés – Participer à des projets transversaux, notamment l’implantation de l’ERP et du nouveau système de consolidation

Your assets for this position!

Hold the CPA professional designation
Have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role in financial analysis or corporate accounting
Have experience preparing financial statements, monthly closings, and balance sheet and P&L analysis
Be proficient in Excel at an advanced level and demonstrate strong technical skills
Be familiar with Power Query and Power BI; a plus
Experience working in a manufacturing, multi-site, or multi-entity environment, a plus
Experience working at an accounting firm, ideally with manufacturing clients, a plus
Experience with consolidation, internal controls, or a large-scale ERP system, Dynamics 365 is a plus
Have participated in cross-functional projects or project management assignments
Demonstrate a natural ability to simplify complex processes
Demonstrate curiosity, independence, and attention to detail, and know how to seek out missing information
Be results-oriented and comfortable working under tight deadlines
Be fluent in French and English at a professional level to collaborate in a Canada-wide context
