Your responsibilities in a few words!

Prendre en charge le cycle comptable complet de six entités liées – Préparer, réviser et comptabiliser les écritures de journal des différentes sociétés – Effectuer de façon autonome les conciliations bancaires et intercompagnies – Assurer le suivi quotidien des liquidités et l’appariement des transactions intercompagnies – Gérer et concilier les facilités bancaires et de crédit des différentes entités – Maintenir des dossiers comptables précis, complets et à jour – Préparer les dossiers et feuilles de travail nécessaires à la fin d’année et soutenir le processus d’audit – Structurer et documenter les processus comptables dans un contexte de transformation – Participer à l’optimisation des systèmes et méthodes de travail – Assurer un suivi rigoureux d’un volume transactionnel important lié aux opérations

Your assets for this position!

At least 5 years of experience in a similar accounting position
Solid experience with the full accounting cycle, ideally in a multi-entity environment
Advanced proficiency in Excel, particularly in pivot tables and formulas
Self-Service Bank and Intercompany Reconciliation
Experience in monitoring bank and credit facilities
Professional proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written
CPA certification is considered an asset
Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, tourism, rental real estate, or multi-site environments is considered an asset
Knowledge of Sage and reservation systems is considered an asset
Experience in preparing year-end audit files or in implementing and optimizing accounting systems is considered an asset
