Your responsibilities in a few words!

Élaborer et développer de A à Z des modèles financiers complexes pour évaluer des opportunités d’investissement en infrastructures – Analyser les états financiers et réaliser des évaluations approfondies à l’aide de méthodes reconnues (DCF, multiples, etc.) – Participer activement à l’exécution de transactions majeures, incluant des acquisitions et des investissements directs – Coordonner et contribuer aux processus de vérification diligente financière, commerciale, technique et juridique – Préparer des recommandations d’investissement et présenter des analyses stratégiques aux comités décisionnels – Collaborer à la négociation des accords commerciaux et à la structuration des transactions – Assurer le suivi de la performance financière et opérationnelle des sociétés en portefeuille – Contribuer aux initiatives de création de valeur, notamment les acquisitions, les refinancements et les plans stratégiques – Actualiser les modèles financiers et participer aux exercices périodiques d’évaluation des investissements – Produire des rapports de performance et des analyses destinés aux instances internes et aux partenaires institutionnels – Réaliser des analyses sectorielles et identifier de nouvelles opportunités d’investissement – Collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires et internationales sur des initiatives stratégiques

Your assets for this position!

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in investment, financing, mergers and acquisitions, or investment banking
Transaction experience gained in investment banking, project financing, private placements, or direct investment
Advanced expertise in complex financial modeling, including building models from scratch and using Excel macros
Excellent command of financial valuation methods (DCF, multiples) and fundamental analysis
Hands-on experience in transaction execution, due diligence, and financial statement analysis
Knowledge of the infrastructure sector, particularly energy, transportation, and telecommunications
Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written, in an international transactional context
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools
Master’s degree in finance, an MBA, CFA, or CPA designation is a plus
Experience in project finance, infrastructure debt, or private placements is a plus
Knowledge of Bloomberg and Capital IQ is a plus
