Your responsibilities in a few words!

Prepare and analyze tax provisions for Canadian entities – Monitor tax schedules for each legal entity – Prepare and review Canadian tax returns – Prepare and analyze the financial portion of tax credit claims – Collaborate with team members on various tax audits of Canadian and international activities – Prepare and review analyses required for government audits – Reorganize and structure tax compliance – Support financing activities – Perform research, Research, analyze and draft tax memos for various files and special projects – Update tax attributes (ACB, protected income, paid-up capital, surplus, etc.)Interpret and monitor tax developments and legislative changes – Provide other support to the Tax Department

Your assets for this position!

Master's degree in taxation or In-Dept
Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Canadian taxation, tax provision, etc.
Assets: CPA, Big 4 firm experience
Autonomy, professionalism, curiosity and team spirit
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Taxprep
Bilingualism (fluency in written and spoken English and French)
