Your responsibilities in a few words!
Supervise the preparation of financial statements – Supervise and coordinate external accounting firms in several jurisdictions – Implement robust and scalable financial processes – Ensure budget management and financial forecasting – Develop and maintain relationships with financial and governmental institutions – Actively participate in financing strategies (non-dilutive and dilutive) – Support management in strategic decisions – Structure the finance function in a context of rapid growth – Prepare the organization for a possible IPO

CPA professional designation
Solid background of at least 10 years in finance or accounting
Development in entrepreneurial or high-growth contexts
In-depth understanding of the Quebec financing ecosystem
Mastery of banking relations and financing structures financing structures
Involvement in non-dilutive fund-raising (an asset)
Involvement in IPO or public market projects (an asset)
Experience in a Big 4 firm or investment bank (an asset)
